Joe Stotz

Bio

Joe joined Halbert Construction in March 2015, bringing over 22 years of construction experience and a proven track record of leadership. He began his career in 1994, framing with a local firm, and steadily advanced to become a Project Superintendent and Project Manager, demonstrating his ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. In 2009, Joe founded his own restoration company, specializing in fire, water, and storm damage for residential and mixed-use buildings, further showcasing his entrepreneurial leadership.

Joe is proficient in multiple software programs, including eGordian, RS Means, and Xactimate software. He serves as our lead Project Manager and Estimator for all public works projects, including our JOC Contract with the City of Vancouver, where his leadership skills are instrumental in ensuring project success.
