J. Bryan Halbert

Bio

Bryan attended UCI University of California of Irving and began his career as a Project Manager for a large General Contractor and Developer in Southern California. He moved his family to Clark County in 1991 and became the Vice President of a local Commercial Construction firm.

Bryan has a wide area of expertise and his relationships with local jurisdictions and agencies is invaluable. Bryan leads our design-build and property development services. His knowledge of design, proformas, estimating, value engineering, and financing is unprecedented.
